We held a business model diagramming workshop sponsored by the Nihon Keizai Shimbun. We had about 50 people from various backgrounds participate, and we talked about diagramming business models and held a workshop. It was a packed three-hour event, with two hours of lectures and one hour of workshop, but by the time each group gave a final presentation, they had made solid presentations, and I could feel the enthusiasm of the participants.
