A set of tools for visualizing business model structures, verifying changes, and facilitating discussion.

Using Bizgram, you can:
Draw structures (Toolkit)
Compare changes (Toolkit 3.0)
Discuss actively on A3 sheets (Bizgram Sheet)

This is a comprehensive set of tools that supports this entire process.

From basic formats for diagramming the overall business model to tools for comparing before-and-after changes and deepening your thinking, you can get everything you need in one set.

Set Contents

This product includes the following three items:

・Bizgram Toolkit
・Bizgram Toolkit 3.0
・Bizgram Sheet

While each can be used individually, using them together allows you to examine an entire thought process:
drawing structures → comparing changes → articulating their meaning.

This set is priced more affordably than purchasing each item separately, making it suitable for those who want to integrate it into their workflow from the start.

What You Can Do with This Set

Using the Bizgram All-in-One Set allows you to organize and examine the following:

・Visualize the structure of a business model at a specific point in time using a 3x3 diagram.
・Compare structural changes over time or due to environmental shifts using BEFORE/AFTER views.
・Structurally organize issues, responses, and results behind changes and articulate their meaning.
・Establish a shared understanding of the overall business, which can be difficult to communicate with text alone, among stakeholders.
・Print A3 sheets and easily conduct workshops using sticky notes.

It is not designed as a tool for creating visually perfect diagrams,
but as a verification tool to question whether the structure truly is as depicted.

Role of Each Tool

Bizgram Toolkit

Includes digital formats and components for illustrating a business model at a specific point in time.
This is a basic tool for organizing and sharing business structures.

Bizgram Toolkit 3.0

This digital format focuses on business model changes, allowing you to compare and verify structural differences by displaying BEFORE and AFTER side-by-side.
It can be used to organize strategic shifts and business transformations.

Bizgram Sheet

A worksheet designed to be printed on A3 paper.
It's designed for organizing structures by attaching sticky notes.

Its convenient size, spreadable on a desk,
makes it suitable for individual in-depth thinking,
as well as for workshops involving discussions among multiple people.

By actively constructing the structure,
previously vague assumptions and relationships that were difficult to convey through words alone become visible.

Message from the Creator

Bizgram is a diagramming method for understanding business models as structures.

While it's possible to understand a business by simply explaining it in words, organizing the flow of actors, resources, money, and value as a structure leads to a more comprehensive understanding.

In the book "Business Model 3.0 Illustrated," I diagrammed various cases using Bizgram to verify changes in business models as structures.Through this process, I strongly felt the difficulty of organizing "what has changed" as a structure.

This set is a tool for you to draw that structure yourself, verify changes, and discuss them.

A toolkit for digital organization.
A 3.0 format for comparing changes.
And the Bizgram sheet, which can be printed on A3 size and used for discussion with sticky notes.

The purpose is not to create a perfectly polished diagram.
The true value of this tool lies in actively questioning the structure by working with it and discussing it with team members.

Please try drawing, comparing, and discussing your own business or topics of interest. By clarifying the structure, previously ambiguous assumptions and options should become apparent.

When using for a corporation, please select either "Corporate - Internal" or "Corporate - External" based on your usage. If use is limited to within the organization, select "Corporate - Internal"; if use includes external publication (e.g., media, website, consulting for other companies), select "Corporate - External". Data can be shared among any number of individuals within one corporation, but if corporations differ, individual purchases are required (even for group companies or subsidiaries with capital ties).
